Breaking Free of the Rings | Internal Barriers and Challenges to the Integration of Arab Graduates into the Labor Market: A Field Perspective
While the number of Arab students in Israeli higher education has increased substantially over the last decade, a study by Kav Mavshe finds that only 22 percent of Arab graduates are employed in their field. This paper explores the reasons, challenges and barriers preventing Arab graduates from becoming more fully integrated into the labor market, and proposes interventions to address the issue. Authors: Danny Gal, Sami Asaad, Maram Jubran Mireb.
