2018 Personal Security Index: Violence, Crime and Policing in Arab Towns (Executive Summary)

The 2018 Personal Security Index: Violence, Crime, and Policing in Arab Communities is the second annual report published by The Abraham Initiatives. The goal of the report is to provide an accurate picture of issues relating to policing and violence in Arab society, with an emphasis on attitudes among Arab citizens; relations between Arab society and the police; trends in relations between the police and Arab society; and the monitoring of the implementation of Government Decision 1402.
