Creativity for Peace | Summer Intensive
This is a three-week summer program in the U.S. for Israeli and Palestinian young women that focuses on dialogue, therapeutic art, and social interactions to introduce participants to the story of the ‘other’ and begin the process of understanding and inner healing necessary for reconciliation. Each year there are 16 girls who participate - 8 Jewish Israeli and 8 Arabs from Israel, the West Bank and East Jerusalem. The Summer Intensive, which is followed by the ACT program, is facilitated by the same two dialogue facilitators, Jewish and Palestinian, who accompany the girls throughout the entire process.
