Kav Mashve: Changing the awareness of Israeli employers
To promote equal employment opportunities for Arab university graduates in the Israeli business sector, Kav Mashve educates and trains managers and human resources personnel within Israeli companies. The Employer Diversity Education involves the vitality of diversity and multi-cultural sensitivity as well as an understanding of the need and potential of integrating Arab talented professionals into Israeli companies. The program is also designed to enable encounters between Arab job-seekers and business managers.
