The current 5-year plan for Arab society, GR-550, allocates nearly NIS 1.5 billion to narrow Arab employment gaps, with a strong focus on young adults. As programs to develop young Arabs qualifications and readiness move forward, what can be done to ensure the labor market can absorb a new generation of qualified candidates? What is needed for effective integration of young Arabs into Israel's economy?
