Ministry of Justice: “To say you want diversity is nice — but you have to recruit”

The Ministry of Justice has recently boosted its efforts to achieve diversity in its workforce. Recruitment conferences and workshops directed towards Arab, Druze and Circassian students encourage them to apply. In addition, MOJ managers have been participating in hiring workshops to overcome bias in interviewing.

In this video, Director General of the Ministry of Justice, Emi Palmor, elaborates on these efforts and why they are a priority for the ministry and the government as a whole.

This video supplements a Hebrew language article in the magazine, which can be read here.
Additional Task Force coverage of the recruitment conferences can be viewed here.
