Employment of Arab Women Aged 18-64

This report relates to a study on the employment of Arab women in Israel. The report focuses on the analysis of patterns of employment. However, it also analyzes characteristics of those not participating in the labor force and tries to identify groups with high potential for employment. The report has three parts: Conceptual framework, a statistical analysis of employment data from diverse sources, and a description of three types of strategies to promote the employment of Arab women in Israel.
