Kav Mashve is an NGO which promotes equal opportunities for Arab university graduates within Israeli business sector. The organization was founded in 2007 by the late Dov Lautman, who was a prominent Israeli industrialist and a recipient of the Israel Prize for Life Achievement. Joining us will be Yael Kohn Sharon, Director of Kav Mashve, and Deputy Director Kher Abed Elrazek.

Kav Mashve has become a major player in Israel on the issue of enhancing high-end employment for Arab university graduates, and works very closely with both the business sector and the Israeli government.

Yael and Kher are two engaging speakers who will shed light on the current situation in Israel in the area of Arab employment within the Israeli business sector, while also sharing real stories from the thousands of Arab high school kids, university students and graduates they work with.
