The ICC* Palo Alto is organizing a unique panel discussion on diversity through technology: "Opportunities for Hi Tech in the Arab community in Israel" There is a growing shortage of engineers in Israel hi tech, while Israel's Arab professionals are underrepresented in the field. Full integration of Israel's Arab professionals into the hi-tech industry will improve their economic status, benefit the economy generally, and create a bridge between Jewish and Arab societies in Israel The panel will feature leading Israeli Jewish and Arab Silicon Valley executives, an investor and a startupist from the Arab society in Israel and Tsofen, representing opportunities for social investment in the field.
