KIEDF Tour: Chagit Rubinstein visits New York, Los Angeles, and Miami

Chagit Rubinstein, considered the preeminent expert in microfinance in Israel, directs KIEDF'S Microenterprise Initiative targeting disadvantaged populations including welfare-dependent women and Negev Bedouin. Chagit will be in New York, LA and Miami to meet with American Jewish leadership.
Chagit will speak at Metrowest Federation's Israel Arab Study Group on March 13th about KIEDF's program for Israeli Arab women and how microfinance is a tool for financial inclusion for all of Israel's citizens.

Bio
Chagit Rubinstein joined Koret Israel Economic Development Funds in 2005 as Director of KIEDF's Microenterprise Initiative, which she developed and implements. Chagit earned an MBA from INSEAD in France in 1990 and worked for over 10 years as a marketing manager for major Israeli exporters. In 2000 she was awarded a Hubert Humphrey Fellowship (Fulbright) to study Microfinance at American University in Washington DC. Her current position includes programs targeted primarily for various disadvantaged populations in Israel including welfare-dependent women and Negev Bedouin.
