Employment inequality for Israel's Arab citizens is a major obstacle towards achieving socio-economic justice, inclusiveness and diversity in Israel today. The Arab minority constitutes 21% of the Israeli society but only 13% of the general workforce and 0.3% of the managers in leading companies. There is a potential loss of 31 billion shekel every year due to the untapped Arab potential.

Kav Mashve focuses on creating strategic job placements in key positions at major Israeli companies, particularly in industries recognized as growth engines for the national economy. The association has become one of the leading organizations in promoting the successful integration of Arab university graduates, professionals and managers into the Israeli business sector. Kav Mashve offers career guidance, vocational training, job-specific training and leadership programs to empower Arab young women and men to reach their full potential and contribute to the economic growth in Israel. Additionally, the organization provides leading companies with workshops to promote cultural sensitivity, raise awareness of the benefits of a diverse workforce and discover the talented human capital present within the Arab population.

Successful Arab professionals can act as important change agents for generations to come while opening new doors for additional Arab talents. By promoting equal representation of the Arab minority in the labor force, Kav Mashve increases mutual understanding and tolerance in the Israeli business world, sparking social cohesion and a more equal, just and shared society in Israel overall.
