The Jezreel Valley Center for the Arts

The Jezreel Valley Center for the Arts

The Jezreel Valley Center for the Arts is part of the Jezreel Valley Regional Council, and includes a music center, a dance school, a center for art therapies, and a department of musical projects. The music center operates a music conservatory and music programs in schools throughout the region. Students and teachers at the music center represent the cultural and ethnic mosaic of the region, including Jews and Arabs, Christians and Muslims, religious and secular. All programs and special projects and initiatives are undertaken with the understanding that to reach all sectors of society each community must be approached on its own terms. Co-existence and tolerance are foundations upon which we build our approach to education.
