The Institute for the Advancement of Deaf Persons in Israel (DPII)
The Institute for the Advancement of Deaf Persons in Israel, established in 1993 by professionals in the field of deafness, initiates, develops and implements programs for the empowerment and independence of the deaf and hard-of-hearing community in Israel. While the Institute is inclusive and supports Israelis from all backgrounds, it also operates several programs that specifically address the needs of deaf and hard-of-hearing Arab citizens.
