Training empowers low-income Arab and Bedouin Israelis to gain control over their financial lives by increasing their skills and awareness about financial planning, legal remedies for financial problems, and creative options for augmenting their incomes.  Participants learn practical tools to improve their standard of living, utilities cut offs, food insecurity and repossessions.
