Shatil’s Promoting Arab Civil Society in the Triangle Region of Israel initiative addresses one of the challenges that Israeli society faces today – weakened Arab civil society and subsequent tenuous Jewish-Arab relations. Based on past success, the initiative aims to significantly strengthen Arab-Israeli civil society and the local leadership, while pursuing long-term reforms and sustainable improvements in the socio-economic and political conditions of the Triangle region.
