Shatil's Multicultural Leadership Initiative in the Negev unites a diverse and multi-disciplinary group of leaders from the many different sectors - civil society, local and national governing institutions, universities, cultural institutions and businesses. The leaders represent the various demographic groups of the region including Bedouin, immigrants, religious, and secular. Shatil convenes the group to examine the whole of the south systematically and recommend positive social changes.
