Intensive four-year program that pairs Israeli Arab high school students with Israeli Jewish high school students. For the first three years students participate in team-building activities, including conflict resolution skills, drama, ecology and camp-outs. They also tutor Israeli Arab children in under-served areas and study Israeli history.  Additionally, the Israeli Jewish students learn Arabic. After graduating high school, the Jewish students will have a one year military deferment so that they, with their Israeli Arab high school graduate counterparts, can work on community building projects and matriculate into university.
