The Village is based on the family group home model: a married couple with their own children lives with 10 placed children; cares for their needs and serves as a role-model of a normative family. The program provides a warm and loving home and support for rehabilitating children, while preparing the children for their eventual integration into society, while teaching and instilling values cherished by Druze and Israelis.
