Advocates for the right to health in Israel, the West Bank and Gaza, providing direct medical relief through a mobile clinic and specialist clinics in the West Bank; an open clinic for migrant workers and training for Palestinian medical professionals. Also advocates and intervenes for five main population groups: Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza, Bedouins from the Negev, prisoners and detainees, residents of Israel insured under National Medical Insurance Law and immigrants.
