A multi-year initiative targeting three areas: 1) Land, Housing and Planning; 2) Education; and 3) Leadership development. The New Israel Fund partnered with three strategic partners in this initiative: 1) The Arab Center for Alternative Planning; The Regional Council for Unrecognized Villages in the Negev; and 3) The Follow-Up Committee for Arab Education.
