Brings together 10 Bedouin and 10 Jewish high school graduates for a year of full-time, joint community service. Working in mixed teams, the volunteers mentor pupils and organize educational enrichment programs for children in three Bedouin primary schools and in three Jewish schools. The volunteers provide a living role model of Jewish-Arab cooperation conducted on a basis of equality and mutuality. The project is a joint initiative of AJEEC and the Israel Scouts Movement.
