This is the initial critical and basic step towards creating a high-quality trained professional service which will facilitate individual and group intervention programs developing communication, language and speaking skills in Arabic.  In order to achieve this, we have developed the Professional Guidance Project for training workers which includes:

• providing knowledge regarding language, development and hearing impairment
• Practical Training - on-the-job guidance of the new staff in their routine sessions with the children at Micha Beer Sheva's care-center.
