Beyond sports, recreational activities and multicultural holiday celebrations, on-site coexistence programming at the Leo Baeck Community & Sports Center (situated in Haifa) includes the annual Arab-Jewish Summer Camp, youth empowerment, leadership and community projects.

Off-site, the Clore Neighborhood Centre in the mixed Ein Ha'yam neighborhood provides educational, cultural and community services to 2,400 local Arab and Jewish residents, and 3 after-school care centers serve severely disadvantaged children.  The Leo Baeck Early Childhood Development Center provides services for Arab children at risk. Music for Peace brings Haifa elementary school children together, and women's economic and community empowerment programs are open to all.
