Supports the establishment and implementation of two types of micro-enterprise programs for low-income Jewish, Bedouin and Arab women in southern Israel. 1. Self-governed solidarity groups of five women who are provided non-bank lending and post-loan assistance. The small group guarantees the repayment of the other participants’ loans. 2. An intensive business development program to train women in business management skills and develop a work plan.
