Focuses on young people from the Israeli Bedouin sector whose participation in the workforce is low. The program will focuses on two target populations: Young people between the ages 18-21 with low education and young adults between the ages 22-34 who have not succeeded in joining the workforce. The program will remove barriers such as low education, lack of vocational training, lack of confidence in the ability to significantly join the workforce and a lack of confidence in employers. The program will focus on short-term training along with developing occupational capability and raising motivation and confidence in existing systems, with the occupational objective of immediate placements.
