Community employment centers for three Bedouin local authorities in the Negev: Abu Basma Regional Council, Segev Shalom Local Council and Hura Local Council. The goal of the center is to create a viable framework that will make an ongoing and permanent effort to promote the ability of the local residents to earn a living through salaried employment frameworks and business ventures. The center will pool resources on employment topics and initiate collaborative ventures with economic, employment and social agencies to create joint programs.
