Creates opportunities for socioeconomic advancement for Israeli Bedouin and Arab populations living in poverty, which encounter barriers on the way to opening a business. The program is intended mainly for economically underprivileged women in the Bedouin sector in the south and is aimed at helping to develop small businesses for this population. The program provides non-bank credit, group work and culturally-adapted mentoring as a solution for economic and social barriers.
