Three-year program for creating sources of employment for Bedouin women in the north through businesses. The program encourages Bedouin women to become self-employed, both by establishing businesses and by hiring staff. This will be done through awareness and exposure to the topic, training, mentoring, supervision and counseling to the point of establishing and managing small businesses as an employment option, which will raise earning power on one hand and enhance the entrepreneur’s status and position on the other.
