Combines several courses of action aimed at opening the employers’ market to the Bedouin population of Israel and increasing the number of Bedouins employed in salaried positions. Intervention programs are implemented among employers and public outreach helps create awareness and mobilize support. The program also builds professional infrastructure for joint action by employers and occupational agencies working with job seekers.
