Intensive, multi-faceted treatment in the community for children and families at risk. Centers treat families of children between 5-12 years as one unit, preventing removal of child from home. In addition to centers in Israeli Arab towns, there is also a mobile center that rotates between a number of small Arab-Israeli villages in the north of Israel.
