Seeks to aid municipalities in developing a crisis response plan tailored to the needs of the community. Consultants are matched with municipalities based on the needs of the local council. The consultants help conduct an analysis of the municipality’s performance during the 2006 war. The findings and recommendations are then presented to the mayor and senior staff in a team setting. Ideas are translated into concrete plans and data bases, while task forces are created to implement different components of the plan.
