Enables unemployed men and women (parents) from the Israeli Arab community to join the workforce, and to create an opportunity for occupational improvement and upgrading. The program’s work method is based on the concept of joining the workforce through a gradual and supervised transition to employment that is adapted to the population, while addressing family-community aspects.
