Develops and establishes a multi-stage occupational track for Bedouin 12th grade graduates who are interested in long-term work and professional advancement. The program enables long-term integration into employment and is implemented in the first year after graduation. Occupational placement tracks for young Bedouin men are aimed at the salaried job market outside the Bedouin community. The occupational placement track for Bedouin young women is aimed at the salaried job market within the Bedouin community.
