One of the barriers to integrating Bedouins in the workforce are occupational screening tools, which examine the compatibility of the candidates for the job. A substantial portion of Bedouins who wish to find work fail at the preliminary screening stage. The program’s goal is to develop culturally responsive screening tools in order to break down this barrier.
