Designed for the recruitment, selection and training of Israeli Arab youth to volunteer in their communities for one year. In addition to improving their status within Israeli society, they are benefiting their communities through their contributions. This project enables young Israeli Arab volunteers to develop leadership capabilities and extend their social involvement. They also have the opportunity to become part of a larger group that includes volunteers from all sectors of Israeli society.
