Increases the number of volunteers for the National Service Year in the peripheral areas of Israel with a focus on minority groups and disadvantaged populations. Programs improve the level of activity of the volunteers, placing an emphasis on creating a meaningful encounter with the local population. Enables Israeli Arab youth to participate in a volunteer service initiative of this type for the first time alongside their Jewish counterparts.
