The program focuses on high school youth coming from highly disadvantaged backgrounds but with great potential for academic achievement. The program not only provides them with academic enrichment, but also invests in developing their self-confidence, and exposes them to the world of universities and high-level workplaces throughout Israel through a series of site visits. The program is significantly supported by Israel Discount Bank and other Israeli foundations and individual philanthropists.
