Two-year professional training and enrichment program for Jewish and Arab women in Israel working in the social professions, with the goal of advancing the social, political and cultural involvement of women in their community. After completing the program, the women receive assistance to launch programs in their communities. Over half of the program’s participants are Israeli Arab.
