Professional training for community leaders, municipal workers, treasurers and/or financial officers in Israeli Arab communities. The course is comprised of 150 hours of theoretical training. The program is an opportunity for Jewish and Arab communities to participate in study tours to major Jewish municipalities. Co-existence between Jews and Israelis Arabs will be promoted by demonstrating the benefits of cooperation at the grassroots level.
