Through the Noa/Nuha Centre Givat Haviva offers Creating Women's Business Communities- a personal empowerment and business workshop for Jewish and Arab women who own small businesses. The workshop runs one morning each week for one year and caters to Jewish and Arab women running their own business in the Wadi Ara/Menahse region.  The course covers practical tools needed for running a successful business such as business planning, marketing and basic accounting  as well as exploring the importance of understanding the personal and emotional side of running a business as a woman. This program has created a community of bi-national businesswomen able to offer mutual support on personal and professional levels to each other.
