Training and assistance for Jewish and Israeli Arab women in the Wadi’Ara/Menashe region of Israel who are developing their own small business initiatives. The program provides the women with skills, knowledge and tools that will help their small business succeed, as well as emotional support and encouragement. The program creates a community of women who will pool resources, develop joint economic ventures and build patterns of cooperation and mutual support on both the personal and professional levels.
