The goal of this new initiative is to develop a high-quality, comprehensive and integrated program geared to promoting opportunities for Druze youth and young adults with an emphasis on narrowing gaps in education, and promoting excellence, leadership development, volunteering and successful integration into the job market. The program is based on a partnership between Israeli philanthropy (the Lautman Fund), the Israeli Government (Ministry of Education and the National Insurance Institute), and JCF.
