Training program for 140 kindergartens teachers in five Israeli Bedouin townships, which include daily training and instruction within the kindergarten framework, pedagogical courses and workshops for arts and crafts. The program seeks to address the low standards of education for Bedouin kindergarten children; the chronic lack of professional staff; and severe budget constraints of the local authorities.
