The overall involvement work model constitutes a general conceptual framework aspiring to upgrade the local authority from the status of ordinary service provider to the role of lever for social and economic growth in the town/village

This model is conducted in the context of examining the issue of public participation within the Arab villages and town and would ask how the municipality can raise and empower processes of local democracy. A joint pilot project with Mandel school for leadership was launched in the town of Tira.
