CJAED and the Koret Israel Economic Development Fund (KIEDF) launched their joint loan fund, in partnership with the Mercantile Discount Bank, in August
2004.

Sulam Loan Fund provides Israeli Arab entrepreneurs and small businesses with funding otherwise unobtainable to enable business creation and growth, and to fund joint Jewish-Arab small business partnerships, with 5-year loans of up to NIS 150,000, at preferential interest rates.
