Over the course of 16 weeks, Israeli Arab and Jewish women, together, will strengthen their role and status within Jaffa through social action while sharpening their “life skills.” Through a combination of activities, the women will explore different models of leadership, learn organization and budgeting skills, and understand the impact of cultural differences on community development.
