Brings together 30 high-school students from disadvantaged backgrounds in the areas south of Tel Aviv and Jaffa. The Jewish and Arab groups spend three years creating a partnership while developing their leadership skills. After graduating from high school, the groups spend the third year living in Jaffa, working on social change and empowerment projects in their local communities.
