The aim of the project is to promote social justice and equal rights for the Israeli Arab minority in regard of housing options and to transform the barred, separatist and discriminatory character of the community-settlements of the lower Galilee into democratic open communities.

The two goals of this project are:

• To promote the rights of choice and equal opportunity of Arab citizens as regarding their place of living by working to change the housing policy in Israel in favor of a policy based on equal rights.

• To assist Israeli Arab citizens that own private land within the boundaries of the community settlements, to realize their rights of the land.

• The Housing Rights Center offers assistance with information as well as public and legal support.
