Hamsat Wasel which means “Whispering Contact,” is a professional newsletter that addresses different aspects of early childhood care and development (ECCD). It is the only newsletter in Israel that deals with ECCD in Arabic.

This newsletter is published through a collective effort of five early childhood organizations called Musharaka, one of whom being the Al-Tufula Center.

The newsletter is distributed to caregivers, schools, community centers, organizations, parents and other professionals working with children. It is published and distributed biannually to approximately 5,000 educators all over Israel.
