Enhances the scope and quality of services delivered to Israeli Arab citizens and equips the Israeli Police with the multicultural skills and awareness required to serve a diverse population. The Abraham Fund Initiatives assists the police to adopt training programs that take a culturally-sensitive and egalitarian approach towards Israel’s Arab citizens; improve police services to the Arab community; bring more Israeli Arabs into the police system and create new modes of communication and trust.
